We are always demonizing artificial intelligence because of those evil companies that lay off workers because, according to them, an AI can do their job more efficiently and cheaply. But it’s not always like that, many other times it is the employees who benefit from AI to make their work more pleasant.<\/p>\n\n\n

A new report from Freshworks<\/a> highlights the integration of AI in sectors such as customer service, finance, human resources, marketing, and sales, where it can increase productivity by assisting with repetitive and administrative tasks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Specifically, almost half (45%) of the respondents stated that they would consider leaving their jobs for others that offered more artificial intelligence.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Most of recent reports on the AI workplace skills basically resume in: GenAI's explosive growth, 65-70% of orgs now using AI, with skills like ChatGPT, prompt engineering and LangChain leading the charge.
