You’re always rewriting these things until the day before they are filmed, and sometimes even the same day,” he explained. This dynamic method allows the creatives of The Boys to keep the series relevant and accurately and satirically reflect current situations.

One of the elements that Kripke plans to include in the script are political events in the United States, which could lead to a satirical treatment of Donald Trump’s return to the political scene. The recent presidential inauguration, which was marked by unusual moments, is a clear indicator that the series will address these aspects incisively and with its characteristic biting style.

The Boys is not only entertaining: it also speaks about our present

With this approach, The Boys not only aims to entertain but also to comment on the sociopolitical reality, which has been a hallmark in previous seasons. With production about to begin and a constantly evolving script, fans of the series can expect a very special conclusion that surely will not disappoint.

        Amazon Prime Video
        DOWNLOAD

        <text class="rating-score__number" content="" text-anchor="middle" transform="matrix(1 0 0 1 25 31.0837)" data-auto="app-user-score"></text>

The production of the fifth and final season of The Boys is about to begin, generating great anticipation among the show’s fans.
