PlatinumGames has undergone several significant changes in recent years, including the departure of its co-founders, Hideki Kamiya and Shinji Mikami. Following these transformations, the company has made controversial decisions, such as the removal of all references to Project G.G., a video game that Kamiya had announced five years ago as the conclusion of a trilogy centered on superheroes<\/strong>. Alongside Project G.G., PlatinumGames has erased nine other titles from its history, including well-known works like Star Fox Zero, Babylon’s Fall, and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutants in Manhattan<\/strong>. This action has generated a wave of uncertainty and speculation among fans and the developer community about the company’s future direction.<\/p>\n\n\n

A former PlatinumGames producer, JP Kellams, expressed his discontent on social media, calling the removal of the studio’s history from its website a mistake and a lack of respect towards those who worked on those projects. Kellams suggested that this decision could reveal a lack of recognition for the company’s past achievements, further fueling concerns about its future<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n
