During his recent appearance at the MCM Comic Con in London, David Tennant shared his interest in playing Reed Richards, leader of the Fantastic Four, in the Marvel universe. In a Q&A session, the British actor, known for his role as Kilgrave in the series Jessica Jones, expressed his desire to take on a superhero role, commenting: “Unfortunately, it seems they have gone in a different direction”<\/strong>. This reference to the new casting of Pedro Pascal as Reed Richards in the movie The Fantastic Four: First Steps did not go unnoticed.<\/p>\n\n\n

Tennant, 54, emphasized his appreciation for Pascal’s talent, stating: “If it has to be someone, I’m very happy it’s Pedro Pascal.” However, he also expressed that “he would have liked to be Reed Richards” in this new superhero saga<\/strong>. As the conversation progressed, Tennant also took a moment to joke about Pascal’s perception as the “dad of the Internet,” conceding that the role suited the actor from The Last of Us well.<\/p>\n\n\n
