The movie, which can be watched for free on RTVE Play, has been widely praised for its intensity and thrilling action.

A public service of the Spanish state

In “Wrath of Man,” Statham plays H, an enigmatic man who works in cash truck security in Los Angeles. His life takes a dark turn after a violent heist in which, driven by a desire for revenge for his brother’s death during a similar robbery, he unleashes his fury with devastating effects. With a runtime of just under two hours, excluding credits, Awaken the Fury presents itself as an engaging entertainment that keeps the viewer’s attention. According to reviews, the visual presentation is reminiscent of Sidney Lumet’s work and evokes some characteristics of Heat, the famous film by Michael Mann.

Statham fans will find in this film one of his most ruthless and memorable performances. While the movie reveals the deep motivations of its characters through flashbacks, it also offers a brutal view of the consequences of violence, where there is no room for mercy.
