As his financial situation deteriorated, so did his personal relationships. <strong>His wife, Gabriela Ros\u00e9s, ultimately decided to divorce, and Netflix chose to take legal action due to the lack of progress on the project and the misuse of funds<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In a dramatic turn of events, Rinsch declared bankruptcy, which prevents him from even attending his scheduled trial this December.
