While some characters may return, it will not be Peacemaker 3 as many had hoped. Gunn has indicated that the series presents some surprises that could be addressed in the final episode, suggesting that narrative decisions could go in unexpected directions.

That news can be good or bad

Despite the success of the second season, Gunn has faced significant challenges in developing new projects within the DC Universe. In particular, he mentions that The Authority has become a complicated project to advance, describing it as the most difficult script he has handled to date. Nevertheless, Gunn has hinted that he is working with a new creator, which could breathe new life into the story. However, this also suggests that the situation remains uncertain.

Additionally, Gunn has expressed his concerns about the difficulty of capturing the audience’s attention for films based on lesser-known characters, which he has considered a limiting factor for the production of new films. In fact, after the final episode of Peacemaker, the DC Universe will take a breather before the premiere of Lanterns, a series based on Green Lantern, scheduled for early next year. This new installment will mark the first time that Gunn will not be in charge as creator or screenwriter, which represents a new challenge for the narrative of the cinematic universe he has been building.

        Max
        DOWNLOAD

        <text class="rating-score__number" content="" text-anchor="middle" transform="matrix(1 0 0 1 25 31.0837)" data-auto="app-user-score"></text>

The second season of Peacemaker is coming to an end, and fans of the series are eager to know the future of its characters.
