The developers have expressed their desire to prevent users from having access to significantly superior cards within a few months, something that had generated frustration in previous years.

More presence of women

One of the most notable areas in this new edition is the rise of female cards in Ultimate Team. After their introduction in FC24, which was met with some disdain, they are now becoming the protagonists. The forward from Barcelona Femení, Claudia Pina, has become a symbol of change, rising from a price of just a few thousand coins to being one of the most sought-after cards. Additionally, figures like Aitana Bonmatí and Salma Paralluelo are gaining popularity, reflecting the growing acceptance of female footballers in a realm where they previously had little relevance.

Despite these advances, the inclusion of female cards in weekly promotions, such as Team of the Week (TOTW), remains lower compared to their male counterparts. Currently, only four women are part of the 23 TOTW cards, which indicates that there is still a long way to go. However, the increase in the number of SBCs (Squad Building Challenges) that offer female rewards is a positive sign that EA is working to improve this situation.

Additionally, the improvements in PlayStyles have allowed players to explore new strategies and approaches in their tactics. With the presence of cards like Debinha, which offers five stars in dribbling at an affordable price, users are trying various combinations to optimize their performance in the game. In summary, although EA Sports continues to face challenges in inclusion, this push towards greater balance and diversity is promising for the future of the franchise.

        Steam
        DOWNLOAD

        <text class="rating-score__number" content="" text-anchor="middle" transform="matrix(1 0 0 1 25 31.0837)" data-auto="app-user-score"></text>

EA Sports has decided to pay greater attention to player complaints in its FC 26 franchise, implementing adjustments and patches more frequently than ever before.
