Ridgeline Games, the studio that led the development of the campaign mode, was closed by EA in February 2024, shortly after its director, Marcus Lehto, decided to leave the company.<strong> Lehto, known for being the co-creator of Halo, has expressed his dissatisfaction with the lack of recognition for the developers who worked on Battlefield 6<\/strong>. Yet, their effort has not been recognized as they deserved,\u201d he stated in a LinkedIn post<\/strong>. His stance has reignited the debate over the lack of fair accreditation in the video game industry, a problem that has emerged in other titles, such as Metroid Dread.<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>This situation highlights the urgent need to establish more transparent and fair policies for accrediting creative work within the sector<\/strong>.
