However, after moderate success, he decided to step back from acting in search of a more normal life, leaving behind the hustle and bustle of Hollywood.

A series of movies that defined you

After almost a decade away from the cameras, Culkin tried to return to the world of cinema, only to discover that Hollywood had turned its back on him, as his image as an adorable child had changed drastically. Nevertheless, in recent years, his career has regained relevance thanks to his role in American Horror Story: Double Feature and receiving a star on the Walk of Fame.

Culkin’s return to the public scene is also reflected in his upcoming projects: the actor will lend his voice for Zootopia 2 and will have a prominent character in the second season of Fallout, a popular adaptation of the video game that has generated great anticipation among fans.

Additionally, Culkin has revealed an intriguing concept for a new installment of Home Alone. In his show A Nostalgic Night with Macaulay Culkin, he proposed a version in which he would take on the role of Kevin McCallister, in a story that presents a metaphor about his relationship with his son. Culkin suggests that this narrative could explore the father-son dynamic in a deeper way, and he is not completely against the idea as long as the script is well-developed.

With the Home Alone saga having grown with several installments that have failed to capture the audience’s attention, the possibility of a return of Culkin could revitalize a legacy that many consider iconic. Will the actor be able to regain his status and connect with a new generation of viewers? Only time will tell.

        Amazon Prime Video
        DOWNLOAD

        <text class="rating-score__number" content="" text-anchor="middle" transform="matrix(1 0 0 1 25 31.0837)" data-auto="app-user-score"></text>

Macaulay Culkin’s life has taken a significant turn after years of absence from the entertainment industry.
