Aliona Baranova, motion capture director of Baldur’s Gate 3, has called for the creation of a specific category for these artists, emphasizing that their work is crucial in the modern development of video games.<\/p>\n\n\n

In an interview with Video Games Chronicle, Baranova pointed out that many actors who perform motion capture are later overshadowed by the voices assigned to them in post-production. \u201cFor decades, these actors have worked hard, but often disappear in the process,\u201d Baranova commented.<\/strong> Her proposal aims not only to honor these artists but also to educate the public about the complexity of the work they do. \u201cThe audience doesn\u2019t know enough about this because there isn\u2019t enough attention,\u201d she added.<\/p>\n\n\n
