He stated that his extensive background no longer guarantees a competitive edge as it once did.<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The labor situation in video games is terrible<\/h2>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">During the pandemic, the video game industry experienced notable financial growth. However, that demand has fallen since then,<strong> which has led well-known companies like Ubisoft to admit that they launched too many projects anticipating an interest that did not materialize<\/strong>.
