Hey, do you remember Home Improvement? If the answer is staring into space while scratching your head wondering what the hell I’m talking about, don’t worry, it’s normal. After all, the series starring Tim Allen ended 27 years ago with 204 episodes, and since then it has remained completely dead and buried, with no one coming up with a late reboot. I mean, is there really an audience to see how Tim Allen is doing at 72 years old and his grown-up kids? Well, it seems they think so. But.

According to the actor himself, everyone was on board with this late reboot until egos got in the way: “They keep talking about how they could move forward, but they have come to a standstill because right now there are some personality issues with the guys“. And you might think, “Did he say anything else later, did he explain what’s happening behind the scenes?”… And the answer is no, not at all.

They are not in much of a hurry either. One might think that the actors who played their children have run out of money, but the truth is that the only one with real problems is Zachery Ty Bryan, who has a criminal life worthy of a movie. Jonathan Taylor Thomas still receives dividends from his role as Simba in The Lion King and is currently on the board of the SAG-AFTRA union, while Teran Noah Smith received all the money he had earned at 18 (1.5 million dollars) and now teaches people how to pilot submarines. Yes, as it sounds.
