Another Warcraft leak is making the rounds. This one connects a fresh set of unverified claims about Blizzard Entertainment\u2019s wider Warcraft plans<\/strong> to datamined \u201cPatch 1.60\u201d details and a screenshot that\u2019s supposedly an internal franchise roadmap.<\/p>\n

The rumor says Blizzard has three projects<\/strong> in motion: Warcraft Chronicles, an RTS reportedly lined up for Q3 2028 alongside an animated series; Athras ARPG, which is almost certainly meant to be Arthas, for 2029 with a live-action tie-in; and World of Warcraft: Camelot, which a lot of fans already think is the codename for Classic+.<\/p>\n\n

Camelot is getting most of the attention. Reports say \u201cHeroic\u201d and \u201cEpic\u201d licenses were found, a Q3 2026 release<\/strong> is listed, creators were brought to a private event in May, and Holly Longdale\u2019s cut-off \u201cState of Azeroth\u201d moment only pushed the speculation further.<\/p>\n\n

If you follow WoW Classic, or Warcraft more broadly, this is the kind of rumor you keep an eye on.<\/p>\n\n

Even more so because Dragonflight and The War Within seem to have helped World of Warcraft recover from Shadowlands<\/a>, with some reports putting the player count above 7 million<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n

Still, take all of it carefully. Blizzard Entertainment hasn\u2019t confirmed any of this, and Warcraft III: Reforged left plenty of fans wary of anything that sounds too mobile-focused or too obviously built around live-service hooks.<\/p>\n\n
