Honestly, it\u2019s hard not to laugh at Dwayne Johnson\u2019s wig. I mean, have you seen him? The actor has undeniable charisma, but his film choices, of late, are, let\u2019s say, questionable. And there he is, in the remake of Moana<\/a>, a 10-year-old film<\/strong>, with a giant wig that keeps pulling you out of the movie. The upside? He himself knows it doesn\u2019t work\u2026 and he has (or pretends to have) a sense of humor. That\u2019s something.<\/p>\n\n

What can I say? Just \u201coof, no\u201d<\/h2>\n\n

At least the actor has admitted that when he saw the first memes of his wig he couldn\u2019t help laughing out loud\u2026 And that\u2019s even though he had to try on 12 different ones during filming until he found the perfect one. Well, \u201cperfect.\u201d So to speak. \u201cI laughed so much when it came out, and people saw me in a wig for the first time. They turned me into a meme<\/strong>\u201d<\/em>, he said.<\/p>\n\n

But, you know when people act like they\u2019re laughing at themselves but really they didn\u2019t find it funny at all? That\u2019s what it seems like with Johnson, who then rushed to say \u201cThe internet did what the internet does. It was very, very funny, but I was like \u2018Come on, okay, just go see the movie\u2019<\/strong>\u201d<\/em>. Lots of laughs, sure, but give me more money and confirm that I\u2019m still famous, please. After the whole The Smashing Machine thing, I urgently need it.<\/p>\n\n

Mind you, Johnson is aware that the movie has problems because it\u2019s been made too soon, but, like the well-trained star he is, he also has an answer for that: \u201cIt\u2019s live action, they\u2019re real human beings. When we started\u2026 there were a few who said \u2018You have to give it more time\u2019 and I thought \u2018Okay, I get it, but at the same time this version has qualities that are better conveyed by real people<\/strong>\u2019\u201d<\/em>.
