Sony is adding Indigo Prophecy<\/a> to the PlayStation Plus Premium Classics Catalog for PlayStation 5 and PlayStation 4 on July 21, 2026<\/strong>. That brings Quantic Dream\u2019s 2005 supernatural thriller, released as Fahrenheit<\/a> outside North America, back to modern consoles through PlayStation Plus Premium.<\/p>\n

Premium subscribers will be getting the original PlayStation 2<\/a><\/strong> version through Sony\u2019s newer emulation software, not a remake or a traditional remaster. It joins another PS2-era catalog addition, Psi-Ops: The Mindgate Conspiracy<\/a>. Sony is also including up-rendering, rewind and quick saves, and video filters, which should make Indigo Prophecy\u2019s rougher 2005 design a little easier to come back to while also keeping an important older game playable on current hardware.<\/p>\n\n

If you want to see where cinematic, choice-driven adventure games began before Heavy Rain<\/a>, Beyond: Two Souls<\/a>, and Detroit: Become Human, this one\u2019s still worth downloading.
