It lets developers run <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/en.softonic.com\/downloads\/ai-based-test-automation-tools\" rel=\"noopener\">terminal-based vulnerability scans<\/a><\/strong> and get fix suggestions right in the terminal, before code leaves your machine or gets committed.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Anthropic is pitching it as more than a simple static scanner. The setup uses a coordinated set of agents to map the codebase, think through threats, connect issues across files and business logic, double-check findings <strong>independently<\/strong>, and then produce a report with suggested patches.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The company says the tool gives you <strong>three layers of review<\/strong>: a free pattern-matching check while you edit, a deeper pass after each Claude Code interaction, and a broader agent-led review at commit time. The pitch is that it can help teams work through growing security backlogs in a market that already includes <a href=\"https:\/\/snyk.en.softonic.com\/\" rel=\"noopener\">Snyk Code<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/github-co-pilot.en.softonic.com\/\" rel=\"noopener\">GitHub Copilot<\/a> security features.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you want security feedback earlier in the workflow, this beta looks like a solid one to try.
