We can check trends and metrics in the <a href=\"https:\/\/health-app.en.softonic.com\/\" rel=\"noopener\">Health app<\/a> or ask Siri for certain data.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For now the system covers only the main metrics, but could expand to more categories such as heart rate variability in the future.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How to turn on syncing with Apple Health<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">With this move, <strong>Apple Health becomes an even stronger centralized, private hub<\/strong> for our health data. After installing the free update from the <a href=\"https:\/\/app-store-database-api.en.softonic.com\/\" rel=\"noopener\">App Store<\/a>, we can connect both platforms with these steps:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Open the <em>Google Health<\/em> app.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Tap <em>Connections<\/em>.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Go to <em>Apps and services<\/em>.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Choose <em>Apple Health<\/em>.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>We tap <em>Get started<\/em> and grant permission.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">More control over our health information<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Version 5.05 also adds the Smart Health Links system to send medical records via a link.
