So fans have a new Rick Grimes date to circle, even if this isn\u2019t a brand-new Andrew Lincoln story and just the home release for the 2024 series.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you missed the show when it premiered in <strong>February 2024<\/strong>, or you just want Rick and Michonne\u2019s long-awaited reunion sitting on your shelf, this one makes sense to pick up. The Ones Who Live landed well with viewers, finally followed through on Rick Grimes\u2019 disappearance from the main series and Michonne\u2019s search for him after that, and kept people invested in a character who was once supposed to return through a <a href=\"https:\/\/en.softonic.com\/articles\/the-walking-dead-changes-its-plans-from-a-trilogy-of-films-to-a-miniseries-finale\" rel=\"noopener\">movie trilogy<\/a> before that plan turned into this TV series instead.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">There\u2019s also some chatter around the Blu-ray packaging. The cover art reportedly calls the set \u201c<strong>Season 1<\/strong>,\u201d and that\u2019s been enough to get Season 2 theories going, even though nothing has been confirmed and the label could just be how they chose to package the home release. Fans are also still looking at Andrew Lincoln\u2019s 2025 comment that discussions were happening, along with ITV canceling Coldwater in 2026, as a possible opening in his schedule.
