This watchdog tracks what an AI agent is doing while it works, checks those actions against rules and policies, and can flag, block, or pause moves such as reaching into restricted data<\/strong>, calling the wrong tools, overspending, breaking company policy, or hitting a step that needs human approval.<\/p>\n\nIf you’re using AI agents to write code, search the web, work inside business tools, and carry multi-step tasks across the finish line with only limited human input, that added oversight starts to look pretty useful. At that point, the failure isn’t just a bad chat response. It’s the wrong email, a bad edit in the database, a leaked file, or a transaction that shouldn’t have gone through. Nvidia also gets something else out of it: a safety layer that’s faster<\/strong>, harder to get around, and a tighter fit with the rest of its stack.<\/p>\n\nNvidia is positioning the watchdog as part of its broader platform for deploying AI, covering chips, networking, and software.
