Their reasoning is pretty consistent: CD Projekt Red has a reputation for fair pricing, it avoids intrusive anti-piracy software, it spent years putting out free DLC, the big expansions were substantial without being overpriced, and the game gets deep discounts all the time, to the point that the official version feels like the better deal anyway. Some users have even said they pirated The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt years ago, loved it, and ended up paying for it later.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you already own The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt, this update is <strong>worth downloading<\/strong>.
