The 14-inch MacBook Pro debuts the M6

The new MacBook Pro M6 comes with a 12-core CPU and GPU. The new GPU delivers graphics performance up to 30% higher than the M5’s, while AI task processing improves by up to 25%. A major upgrade over the MacBook Pros with M4.

We also find support for Wi‑Fi 7, Bluetooth 6, 16GB of unified memory, and up to 24 hours of battery life, so you can work from anywhere.

The iMac M6, true to its name, also gets new features. The new M6 chip offers up to twice the graphics performance of the M4. The iMac keeps the 24-inch 4.5K Retina display and the seven colors, and now offers Wi‑Fi 7, Bluetooth 6, and storage up to twice as fast. In the higher-end configurations, we get four Thunderbolt 4 ports.

Both machines come with all the new features of macOS 27 Golden Gate and, just like the iPad mini launched yesterday, they include all the new Apple Intelligence and Siri AI features. We’ll be able to pre-order both Macs tomorrow, October 28, with availability starting November 6.
