Dungeons & Dragons: World of Warcraft is up for preorder now ahead of its November 17, 2026 launch. Wizards of the Coast is framing this first Warcraft-themed Universes Beyond book as a full tabletop version of Azeroth, not just a lore dump. The release includes a 256-page Azeroth sourcebook, an Icecrown Citadel map pack, miniatures, and officially licensed dice. Early access starts November 3 for D&D Beyond Master Tier subscribers and for some customers buying through local game stores.

The wider release lands on November 17, 2026. If you’re in that early access group, you’ll be able to get in from November 3, though Wizards of the Coast says some North American stores could run into shipping delays.

Wizards is clearly treating Dungeons & Dragons: World of Warcraft like a playable adaptation first and a reference book second. It comes with 16 playable species, all 13 World of Warcraft classes represented through subclasses and class skins, more than 60 spells, more than 50 monsters, 30 dungeon boss stat blocks, plus new rules covering professions, mounts, and faction play.

Sirius has a collector line too. That includes Alliance and Horde sharp-edged dice sets for $39.99, $19.99 Treasure Pack blind-pack dice and mini dice cups, and a $54.99 gargantuan d20. Some of those items are already backordered, and the class conversions haven’t exactly landed cleanly with everyone. Fan response so far looks mixed.

If you’re planning to run campaigns in Azeroth, this first Universes Beyond release, along with the Season of Champions kickoff, seems like an easy one to pick up. Warcraft already comes with a huge built-in audience, and that matters.

Preorders for the book and its accessories are live now through D&D Beyond and participating local game stores.
