The company cited security concerns as the reason behind discontinuing the popular feature. Now the company has updated Outlook.com to support renaming their primary email address to any secondary alias already in a user&#8217;s account.<\/p>\n<p>Microsoft has offered using a different email address for your Microsoft account and offers linking social media accounts to it as well. Today, Microsoft is offering more flexibility with using aliases by allowing users to sign in to different Microsoft services with different aliases.
