Now it&#8217;s easier than ever to see what files have been created, moved, and edited. Users who collaborate using Google Drive will find the new feature a great way to quickly see which documents have been modified.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-58449\" title=\"Google Drive Activity Feed animated\" src=\"https:\/\/articles-img.sftcdn.net\/sft\/articles\/auto-mapping-folder\/sites\/3\/2014\/01\/Google-Drive-Activity-Feed-animated.gif\" alt=\"Google Drive Activity Feed animated\" width=\"568\" height=\"516\" srcset=\"https:\/\/articles-img.sftcdn.net\/auto-mapping-folder\/sites\/3\/2014\/01\/Google-Drive-Activity-Feed-animated.gif 568w, https:\/\/articles-img.sftcdn.net\/auto-mapping-folder\/sites\/3\/2014\/01\/Google-Drive-Activity-Feed-animated-256x232.gif 256w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 568px) 100vw, 568px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Users can access the activity stream by clicking the \u24d8\u00a0button to the top right of Google Drive. This activates a column, which displays all of the documents that have been edited. Google lets users control what notifications they receive by allowing them to select alerts for specific documents.
