You will start to see Trending topics on the right of your news feed, each with a brief explanation. They will be personalized, mixing subjects Facebook thinks you&#8217;re interested in with things that are trending across the service.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-58684\" title=\"Trending\" src=\"https:\/\/articles-img.sftcdn.net\/sft\/articles\/auto-mapping-folder\/sites\/3\/2014\/01\/Trending-1-568x214.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"568\" height=\"214\" srcset=\"https:\/\/articles-img.sftcdn.net\/auto-mapping-folder\/sites\/3\/2014\/01\/Trending-1-568x214.png 568w, https:\/\/articles-img.sftcdn.net\/auto-mapping-folder\/sites\/3\/2014\/01\/Trending-1-256x96.png 256w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 568px) 100vw, 568px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>If you don&#8217;t see Trending yet, don&#8217;t worry. Facebook is rolling it out in &#8216;select countries&#8217; now, and is still being tested for mobile devices. On Twitter, trending topics have helped it become a popular platform for real-time discussion of news, events and TV programs, and Facebook undoubtedly wants its users to have those conversations on Facebook too.<\/p>\n<p>Like all new Facebook features, it will be developed over time.
