Here&#8217;s an easy tutorial on how to apply a selective sepia effect to your photos in just a few steps and make them even more appealing.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/articles-images.sftcdn.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2008\/08\/sepia08.png\" alt=\"Apply a selective sepia effect to your photos\" \/><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><br \/>\n<strong>1.<\/strong> Open up your image, click on the <em>Adjustment layer<\/em> button on the Layers palette and select <em>Hue\/Saturation<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/articles-images.sftcdn.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2008\/08\/sepia01.jpg\" alt=\"Apply a selective sepia effect to your photos\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>2.<\/strong> This is where you select the areas you&#8217;re going to apply the sepia effect to. Simply select all colors in the image but the one you want to keep and lower down their opacity to -100.
