This is probably the best way to stop you (or others who have access to your phone) from going on a spending spree on your iPhone or iPad, as all in-app purchases simply disappear. If you want to <strong>avoid accidental purchases<\/strong>, this is what you have to do:<\/p>\n<p>In the <em>Restrictions<\/em> menu, enter the passcode to unlock the device, look for the <em>In-App Purchases <\/em>option, and disable it.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/articles-images.sftcdn.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/9\/2014\/03\/4-568x395.jpg\" alt=\"Disable all in-app purchases on your iPhone\" width=\"568\" height=\"395\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><em>Type your passcode and disable in-app purchases<\/em><\/p>\n<p>And that\u2019s it! No more micro-payments within apps.<\/p>\n<p>These improvements introduced in iOS 7.1 seem to confirm that Apple still cares about security.
