Today, we have more evidence that this dramatic Gmail redesign is coming to the web as well.<\/p>\n<p><em>Geek.com<\/em> was invited to test the new Gmail interface for the web and has released screenshots showing its many changes. Gmail&#8217;s current <a title=\"Google simplifying Gmail with category organization\" href=\"http:\/\/news.en.softonic.com\/google-simplifying-gmail-with-category-organization\" target=\"_self\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">category inbox<\/a> resides in the menu as well with sections for Travel, Purchases, Social, Promos, and more.<\/p>\n<p>At the top of Gmail for  the web is a large search box and a pinned email toggle. Click on the pin to quickly see which emails you pinned. There&#8217;s now a dedicated Hangouts button at the top right of the screen. Chats can be minimized or resized to make it easier to multitask.<\/p>\n<p>There&#8217;s no word if or when we&#8217;ll see these changes in Gmail on the web.
