The company calls it &#8220;<strong>Material Design<\/strong>,&#8221; a new guideline for developers to create apps with. One of the biggest benefits of Material Design is that user experience will be the same <strong>across all devices<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>&#8220;We wanted one consistent vision for mobile, desktop, and beyond, something clear and simple that people would intuitively understand,&#8221; said Google vice president of design Matias Duarte.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Material Design isn&#8217;t just coming to Android, but to the web as well. Using a library of prewritten software called <strong>Polymer<\/strong>, developers can easily create web interfaces that incorporate Material Design.
