Now, its trying to make sure that you see the right stories at the right time, instead of the current system that sometimes pushes<strong> out-of-date updates<\/strong> and stories to your feed.<\/p>\n<p>What this means for your status updates is that if it relates to a trending story, more of your friends are likely to see it, but it will drop off as the topic cools. For people that manage Pages, this will also affect how many people see their posts, and for how long.<\/p>\n<p>At the moment, Facebook looks at <strong>how many likes<\/strong> a post gets to decide where it will appear in the News Feed.
