Your presentations, paperwork and spreadsheets can all be open to certain users, until you say so! It\u2019s the <strong>perfect feature<\/strong> if you need somebody to check over your work, but you don\u2019t want it to always be available to them.<\/p>\n<p>To enable this feature, you simply have to share a <strong>Google Drive<\/strong> document as you usually would. Once you have selected the name \/ email of the person you wish to share it with, a <strong>clock symbol <\/strong>will appear. By clicking on the clock, you can set time limits on <strong>how long your selected users can access your files.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-86576\" title=\"31\" src=\"https:\/\/articles-img.sftcdn.net\/sft\/articles\/auto-mapping-folder\/sites\/3\/2016\/03\/311-568x308.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"568\" height=\"308\" srcset=\"https:\/\/articles-img.sftcdn.net\/auto-mapping-folder\/sites\/3\/2016\/03\/311-568x308.jpg 568w, https:\/\/articles-img.sftcdn.net\/auto-mapping-folder\/sites\/3\/2016\/03\/311-256x139.jpg 256w, https:\/\/articles-img.sftcdn.net\/auto-mapping-folder\/sites\/3\/2016\/03\/311.jpg 644w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 568px) 100vw, 568px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>For the time being, this option is only possible if you are allowed to see or comment on the document. It is not available if you have been granted full editor\u2019s permission.
