Si usas redes sociales como\u00a0Facebook o Instagram seguro que te suena esto del “10 year challenge”: la gente comparte una foto suya de este a\u00f1o, 2019, junto con una de hace justo 10 a\u00f1os, 2009<\/strong>. De esta forma podemos ver\u00a0 c\u00f3mo una d\u00e9cada ha hecho mella en nosotros. Puede que hayas hecho el “challenge” o que te parezca una tonter\u00eda a evitar.
