Al menos en 1996, cuando se lanz\u00f3 el primer <a href=\"https:\/\/www.softonic.com\/articulos\/fan-de-mass-effect-y-dragon-age-tenemos-pesimas-noticias-en-plena-gamescom\" title=\"juego\">juego<\/a> de la saga. Por aquel entonces, Charles Cecil ten\u00eda 34 a\u00f1os y su empresa, Revolution Software, vendi\u00f3 m\u00e1s de un mill\u00f3n de copias del g\u00e9nero. El problema lo explica el propio Cecil: son 30.000 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.softonic.com\/articulos\/pokemon-essentials-nintendo-adios\" title=\"sprites\">sprites<\/a> dibujados a mano&#8230; Y necesitan un tiempo (y un dinero) que no tienen, teniendo en cuenta que cada uno tarda alrededor de una hora en completarse. <strong>&#8220;30.000 veces una hora, a 15 o 20 libras la hora, es un mont\u00f3n de dinero&#8221;<\/strong>. 600.000 libras, para ser m\u00e1s exactos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As\u00ed que Cecil y los suyos han visto que la \u00fanica posibilidad para poder lanzar el juego era <strong>la omnipresente y siempre pol\u00e9mica <a href=\"https:\/\/www.softonic.com\/articulos\/esta-compania-americana-es-la-que-de-verdad-se-esta-forrando-con-la-ia-y-no-es-quien-crees\" title=\"inteligencia artificial\">inteligencia artificial<\/a>. Estamos entrenando al modelo en nuestros propios sprites&#8230; sobre todo en la silueta y los detalles del cuerpo, porque no hay manera de que la cabeza y las manos vayan a quedar bien, as\u00ed que las tenemos que dibujar manualmente&#8221;. Las manos, a lo manual. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por su parte, todos los que quieren ver una nueva <a href=\"https:\/\/www.softonic.com\/articulos\/frozen-secuela-podcast\" title=\"secuela\">secuela<\/a> de &#8216;Broken Sword&#8217; pueden estar tranquilos, aunque quiz\u00e1 no muy de acuerdo con el rumbo de la saga, porque <strong>estar\u00e1 creada en 3D<\/strong>. \u00bfLa fecha? Quiz\u00e1 el a\u00f1o que viene. Quiz\u00e1 no. Esperad sentados a que la IA termine de crear las animaciones correspondientes.
