La nueva pol\u00edtica requer\u00eda que los trabajadores comenzaran a <strong>ir un m\u00ednimo de tres d\u00edas a la oficina cada semana<\/strong> a partir del 1 de mayo, un cambio que no gust\u00f3 nada a los empleados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los empleados de Amazon, que no estaban de acuerdo con el cambio, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.businessinsider.com\/amazon-hr-chief-rejects-petition-against-return-to-office-policy-2023-3\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\"><strong>firmaron una petici\u00f3n<\/strong><\/a> para seguir trabajando desde casa e incluso <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cnbc.com\/2023\/05\/31\/amazon-workers-plan-to-walk-out-over-lack-of-trust-in-leadership.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\"><strong>organizaron una huelga<\/strong><\/a> con el fin de lograrlo. tenido acceso a <strong>una grabaci\u00f3n de una reuni\u00f3n<\/strong> en la que estuvo presente Jassy, el CEO de Amazon dijo a sus empleados: &#8220;Ya ha pasado el momento de estar en desacuerdo y comprometerse&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El directivo remat\u00f3 la frase, diciendo que \u201csi no puedes estar en desacuerdo y comprometerte&#8230; probablemente no va a funcionar para ti en Amazon porque vamos a volver a la oficina al menos tres d\u00edas a la semana&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Jassy tilda la nueva pol\u00edtica como <strong>una \u201cdecisi\u00f3n a conciencia\u201d<\/strong> e invita a marcharse de Amazon si no quieren acatarla. &#8220;No est\u00e1 bien que todos nuestros compa\u00f1eros de equipo est\u00e9n
