As\u00ed, tambi\u00e9n se comprobar\u00e1 si la madera puede utilizarse como una alternativa menos contaminante a la hora de construir sat\u00e9lites. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aunque a muchos les suene extra\u00f1o, lo cierto es que la madera es mucho m\u00e1s resistente de lo que se cree. En marzo de 2022, los investigadores de LignoSat expusieron tres tipos de madera en el espacio y descubrieron que <strong>es uno de los materiales inorg\u00e1nicos m\u00e1s resistentes a ese entorno. <\/strong>Este no se ve\u00eda afectado por los rayos c\u00f3smicos ni por las part\u00edculas solares y adem\u00e1s, consigui\u00f3 aguantar durante casi un a\u00f1o en \u00f3rbita sin sufrir da\u00f1os superficiales. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El <a href=\"https:\/\/gizmodo.com\/wooden-satellite-reaches-space-for-the-first-time-2000520629\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\" title=\"sat\u00e9lite LignoSat\">sat\u00e9lite LignoSat<\/a> se trata de un peque\u00f1o cubo de apenas 10 cent\u00edmetros, sin soldaduras y que no llega al kilo de peso. En sus tripas, encierra un peque\u00f1o ordenador que registra el campo magn\u00e9tico de la Tierra. Es importante recalcar que <strong>no est\u00e1 hecho completamente de mader<\/strong>a, tan solo las partes en las que normalmente se usar\u00eda aluminio. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para los investigadores, el uso de este material podr\u00eda ser la soluci\u00f3n para <strong>reducir la contaminaci\u00f3n espacial<\/strong>.
