Le PDG a ajout\u00e9 que, bien que \u00ab nous n&#8217;ayons pas encore constat\u00e9 de r\u00e9duction d&#8217;emplois \u00bb, cela changera \u00e0 mesure que les clients multinationaux adopteront l&#8217;IA g\u00e9n\u00e9rative.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>On s&#8217;attend \u00e0 ce que la technologie ait un impact massif sur le secteur des centres d&#8217;appels
