Disponible sur <strong><a title=\"Seven pour iPhone et iPad\" href=\"http:\/\/seven.softonic.fr\/iphone\" target=\"_self\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">iPhone et Ipad<\/a>, cette application promet de vous remettre en forme en effectuant 7 minutes d\u2019exercices par jour. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Cette application s&#8217;inspire <a title=\"Article pr\u00e9sentant l'\u00e9tude scientifique (en anglais)\" href=\"http:\/\/journals.lww.com\/acsm-healthfitness\/Fulltext\/2013\/05000\/HIGH_INTENSITY_CIRCUIT_TRAINING_USING_BODY_WEIGHT_.5.aspx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">des travaux de plusieurs scientifiques de l&#8217;Universit\u00e9 McMaster d&#8217;Hamilton<\/a> dans l&#8217;Ontario. Ils ont d\u00e9fini une s\u00e9rie d\u2019exercices qui, d&#8217;apr\u00e8s leurs \u00e9tudes, entra\u00eene les m\u00eames effets qu&#8217;une longue course et une visite \u00e0 la salle de musculation. Douze exercices sont pr\u00e9vus. Ce n&#8217;est pas parce que cela ne dure que 7 minutes que l&#8217;exercice n&#8217;est pas intense. J&#8217;ai test\u00e9 l&#8217;application durant quelques jours et l\u2019encha\u00eenement des exercices vous fait travailler de nombreux muscles dont certains dont je ne soup\u00e7onnais m\u00eame pas l&#8217;existence&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;application est tr\u00e8s bien r\u00e9alis\u00e9e avec un design \u00e9l\u00e9gant qui va \u00e0 l&#8217;essentiel. Un suivi de vos progr\u00e8s est possible.
