Despite the film being a success, Pascal has expressed regret about shaving for that role, stating that he looked horrible in the production. In a recent chat with his co-star Vanessa Kirby on the show Agree to disagree, he mentioned that he would never shave again for anything in the world, highlighting the bad experience with his look in that movie.

Pascal noted that, while he was willing to shave if necessary, the idea of the mustache was part of a group decision, highlighting the importance of collaboration in character development in the film industry.
