Few franchises have managed to maintain their relevance over time as Fallout has. Since its release over 20 years ago, the Bethesda title has continued to expand with new installments, board games, various updates, and even Magic cards. Now, the success of Fallout on Prime Video has finally demonstrated its unwavering appeal to the public.
The premiere of the series has caused an unexpected update to Fallout Shelter, the mobile game released in 2015. To start, we will have until May 7th to claim a Vault 33 jumpsuit, which will give us Perception and Luck.
We will also have six new characters inspired by the series: Lucy, The Necrophage, Maximus, Ma June, the snake oil salesman, and Snip Snip. However, to unlock them, you will have to complete a series of missions first.
Bethesda is also taking advantage of the success of the series to offer games like Fallout 76 at a much lower price than usual on Steam. It is also worth remembering that we have a next-generation update for Fallout 4 on the way.
