This film is set 24 years before the original story, during the second Quarter Quell and the 50th edition of the Games, where a total of 48 participants will compete for survival.

A highly anticipated movie by fans

The story will follow the life of Haymitch Abernathy, the mentor of Katniss Everdeen, who will be played by Joseph Zada. This approach to the character will allow us to explore an aspect of the Panem universe that fans of the saga have been waiting for.

With Suzanne Collins continuing her narrative journey after the success of The Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes, which grossed 348 million, it is clear that the saga continues to capture the audience’s attention.
