Bowie showed an interest in music from an early age and began playing the saxophone at the age of 13.

A song that traveled to space

In early 1969, Bowie entered the world of music. He signed a contract with Mercury Records and released the single “Space Oddity” that summer. Bowie later said the song came to him after watching Stanley Kubrick’s 2001: A Space Odyssey.

And the reviews were generally good. And we say overall because there was one character that stood out for the worse in the new trilogy: Jar Jar Binks. This hatred poured for more than two decades is not something that Star Wars is alien to. From the very beginning, George Lucas defended the character and, above all, the actor who played the doe-eyed Gugan: Ahmed Best.

This actor had to bear the burden of having played the worst character in the history of a franchise worth billions of euros. You never recover from that. And if not, just look at his career: 20 years almost blank.

Luckily, within the new Star Wars (where Jon Favreau is making oil out of very burnt sagas) there is someone who wanted to pay tribute to this character. The way? Bringing the actor back in The Mandalorian.

On the same day of Resident Evil 4 Remake‘s release, Capcom pleasantly surprised fans by including at the end of its launch trailer a simple, but exciting, announcement that there would be a DLC called The Mercenaries. This will be free of charge.

This remake of the classic survival horror video game takes the original 2005 version and has updated it with cool graphics. But not only that, they’ve also tweaked the story to give it an even darker tone and remove the plot holes from back then.

The added side missions and changes to the more controversial parts of the original’s story come together to make this remake of RE4 have many surprises, even for veterans of the saga.

The original Resident Evil 4 included an unlockable mini-game called The Mercenaries, as well as bonus games Separate Ways and Assignment Ada. The launch trailer for the RE4 remake, which was released on the same day as the game’s release (March 24) includes a small teaser at the end with the news that The Mercenaries will be added to the game as DLC content.

This has excited many fans, as it was a feature of the previous Resident Evil games that many had been asking for since the remake was announced.

Insiders strike gold in the code

If we trust dataminers, those people who dive into the code of any software to look for references and privileged information, Resident Evil 4 Remake will have a paid DLC that will be released this year.

These have found references to an expansion called Separate Ways, which will have Ada Wong as the protagonist of the story. This, in case you don’t know her, is an old acquaintance of the saga.

This DLC was an unlockable mode starring Ada Wong that was introduced in the PlayStation 2 version and later re-releases. For those who don’t know, it runs parallel to Leon S. Kennedy’s adventure and solves several questions about Ada’s role in the story.

The game is being very well received at launch and the reality is that Capcom is selling more units of this Remake than of the original game, which shows the good health of the Resident Evil saga and that things are being done well in the Japanese studios.
