According to the report made by The Information, Google started a new program of “AI-driven ads” in 2023, with the aim of providing advertisers with greater benefits. This also included the creation of AI tools designed to create advertising campaigns.
With this adjustment, Google could increase its profits even more in the long term. The company has 30,000 employees in its advertising division, almost half of whom are focused on selling ads for Google’s services. Now, these functions would become obsolete due to the adoption of AI by advertisers.
