Rod Fergusson, the general manager of Diablo 4, has shared his impressive gameplay statistics on Twitter, revealing that he has spent a total of 60 days, 20 hours, and 26 minutes in the haunting world of Sanctuary. This amounts to almost 1500 hours of constant combat against demons. However, despite this remarkable playtime, Fergusson still has not managed to complete all the achievements that the title has to offer, accumulating a Gamerscore of 1550 out of a possible 1650 with 34 of the 35 achievements reached.
Statistics worthy of a true gamer
Achievements in Diablo 4 vary in difficulty, from completing simple tasks to reaching goals that require significant effort. For example, one of the most challenging achievements is the Devout Champion, which is unlocked by reaching Paragon level 300. This is an achievement that demands considerable dedication and time, a challenge that many players recognize as monumental. On the other hand, the Fearless Combatant achievement, which requires getting 10 kills in PvP in Hardcore mode, is another testament to the difficulty in achievement hunting, especially for a player with responsibilities outside the game.
Meanwhile, Blizzard has announced a major update to the game balance that will include significant improvements for all classes, which could dynamically change the gaming experience for players looking to optimize their performance in Diablo 4. With the upcoming Season 9 event, Fergusson is confident that these new opportunities will help him complete the achievement he is missing and potentially add a few more hours to his impressive playtime.
