Bloom commented that he would be willing to work on a new project for a “penny,” as long as the script is appealing and everyone involved is happy.

Although producer Jerry Bruckheimer has stated that Depp “would do it” if the script is solid, Knightley has made it clear that she has no intention of returning to major franchises due to the lack of control over her time and projects. “They are years of your life, you have no control over where you shoot, for how long, or what you are shooting”, the actress stated in a recent statement.
