Disney presented the first teaser of its upcoming animated series within the MCU universe, Your Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man, last Sunday.
This production, which has been carried out by Marvel Animation and Polygon Pictures (Knights of Sidonia, Kaina of the Great Snow Sea), will focus on the early steps of Peter Parker as Spider-Man. However, in this world Tony Stark disappears to make way for Norman Osborne in the role of Spidey’s mentor.
Under a retro aesthetic, the trailer shows us a very young Peter Parker at the beginning of his journey as he experiments with his powers and discovers what it means to be a superhero. Take a look below:
