Grand Theft Auto VI is a long way off, but fans can’t wait any longer. Although Rockstar is expected to make the official announcement of the game this summer, to be released sometime in 2024, the hype is such for what’s to come that many are making their own versions of the game.
Among GTA fans there are many who are dedicated to making animations in Unreal Engine 5 of how the possible remakes of GTA: San Andreas or Vice City would look like. But there is a TikTok account that takes this phenomenon to a higher level by creating GTA 6 trailers that look like real Rockstar leaks.
The account is called @rockstar_games6, and by the looks of it, it tries to impersonate the studio itself to get views and make people believe it’s the real account. Even so, the videos are so good that it is normal that they believe it, and that almost all the images are taken from other games or movies.

GTA 6 trailers that look like the real thing
The first alleged GTA 6 trailer posted by @rockstar_games6 dates back to January 23 and mixes the song Blinding Lights by The Weeknd with images of racing cars, parties and action scenes in a video that, despite not looking very official, already sows doubts about its origin.
The video accumulated 36,000 views, which encouraged the creator of the account to make as many more. Evidently, he perfected the formula and added some leaked aspects such as the fact that the game will be set in Vice City to give it greater potential. The last one is undoubtedly the most spectacular of all.
By adding so much gameplay pulled from here and there, it almost looks like it really is the game we’ve been waiting for. But this is far from the only trailer he’s released. A few days ago he did a sort of “remake” of his original trailer with Blinding Lights and managed to rack up over a million views.
The user has many more video game videos on his channel, but he has certainly succeeded much more with this new trend. He is certainly looking forward to the next Rockstar game, and you only have to keep an eye on his views to see that.
