Mortal Kombat 1 Unleashes Stylish and Brutal Gameplay in Jaw-Dropping Showcase

Mortal Kombat 1 has been teased with an extensive gameplay trailer that demonstrates its new approach, showing that it is more alive than ever.

No one dislikes a good digital bloodbath, and the developers of Mortal Kombat know it well. During the Summer Game Fest, they showcased the first gameplay of their new installment, Mortal Kombat 1, and it looks absolutely stunning. With a redesign of all its characters while respecting the essence of the franchise, it has a slightly more serious tone that, far from taking away its charm, adds impact and intensity to what seems to be one of its most polished and spectacular entries to date.

Mortal Kombat will be released on September 19th for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch, and PC. And if we have to believe the extensive and extremely spectacular trailer shown at the Summer Game Case, we might be talking about a worthy competitor to Street Fighter 6 after all.
