Rumors Suggest N1X Processor Release Date May Be Moved Up to Early 2026
The N1X has achieved impressive scores on Geekbench, registering 3,096 points in single-core tests and 18,837 points in multi-core tests. These figures position it among the leading laptop processors available today, though it still trails behind Apple’s M4 Max, which currently operates in a different league.
The benchmarks were conducted using an HP motherboard running Ubuntu 24.04.1 LTS, which underscores the importance of consistent operating systems for accurate comparative analysis.
Within this performance context, the N1X competes closely with notable processors, including AMD’s Ryzen AI MAX+ 395 and Intel’s Core Ultra 9 285HX.
The former achieved 3,125 points in the single-core test and 21,035 in multi-core, while Intel’s flagship reached 3,078 and 22,104 points, respectively. Qualcomm’s Snapdragon X Elite, meanwhile, lagged with scores of 2,693 and 13,950 points.
Initially slated for release at the end of 2025, recent rumors suggest that the launch of the N1X might be pushed to the first quarter of 2026, raising expectations for an exciting showdown in portable computing power in the near future.
