MobLand season 2 hit Paramount+ on September 18, 2026, and episode 3 sets up a tense first meeting in London between drug lord Frankie Cooper and Kevin Harrigan, with Harry Da Souza, played by Tom Hardy, in the room for it.
Johnny Flynn, who plays Frankie Cooper, says that sit-down is only the start. The clashes that follow get darker, more dangerous, and more psychological, and the scene also starts to lay out who Frankie Cooper is, what he wants, and how he means to place himself against the Harrigans.
And Frankie does arrive as the big new threat in season 2. Flynn sees that long speech as a tactic: Frankie is trying to throw the room off balance, study how everyone reacts, and pick up leverage as he goes. Harry Da Souza is the only one who really sees what he’s doing, which could make their later scenes some of the sharpest strategic battles in the show.
